Privacy Policy & GDPR
LCA NETWORK attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of its users. We scrupulously respect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data collected
We collect your email address for the management of your account, and your temporary GPS coordinates only when you request GPS validation for a review in relation to a location. Your travel GPS locations are never tracked in the background or sold to third parties.
2. User photos
Photos added to OTR are used only to operate your account, journals, reviews or the content you choose to share. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or use them to train artificial intelligence models. They may be optimized for display and remain subject to the access rights linked to your account.
3. Your rights
In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, portability and delete your personal data. You can make these requests or delete your account and your data directly from the application configuration area or by sending us an email.
