General Conditions of Sale
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all purchases of Explorer and Road Pro premium access made within the OTR application.
1. Subscription plans
The application offers three formulas: Free, Explorer and Road Pro. The prices and limits of each plan are detailed on the Prices page.
2. Payment terms
Financial transactions are processed securely by our partner Stripe. No credit card details are stored on OTR servers. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the user.
3. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European law, the user has a 14-day right of withdrawal for any subscription purchased online. However, immediate use of paid features constitutes an express waiver of this right.
